Kind of a selfish request but I chose the race of Chimera for simplicities sake, but I was wondering if the race of Construct could be made as well?

Depends on how this construct would be in place. Keep in mind we're working with suuuuuper low tech. Give a detailed description and I'll see what's up.

For golems, or constructs, I was thinking (since this is super low tech) stone golems, steel constructs, and if the tech is advanced enough, clockwork or steam powered constructs.
Also, I wanted to do some kind of mystery race for my character. Nothing overwhelming, or destined to save the world, just something no one has heard of in-game.

Said race would have to exist. So, you're free to design this race. Then I can implement it if it works, and make the subtype human of it.
Also, depending on how players advance tech stuff like steam power and such will be unlocked.

Alrighty. Suggestion. Forgive me if it isn't awesome.
Terraborne - Human Subtype.
This particular subtype of human is extremely akin to natural surroundings. Ever since they've been able to walk, their parents and those before them, were taught a great deal about the natural surroundings they live in. This knowledge, combined with childhood wilderness survival training and constant time spent in natural surroundings makes them ideal survivalists and hunters in the wild.
The downside to this constant training is the lack of education about current technology, city etiquette and none, if not very little, knowledge of magic.
Basic breakdown:
Increase in statistics and skills when in natural surroundings. Decrease in statistics and skills when in man-made surroundings (cities, stone or steel buildings etc.) No knowledge of how to operate superior or advanced technologies and magic.

Xiroh was pretty much on the dot with what I was talking about. My orriginal Idea for the character I was making was a clockwork doll, but after a lot of thought about it I figured that may or may not be to advanced of technology so I decided to go for the simpler route and make it a simple wooden Marionette.
As for a construct I was thinking the skills to be somewhere along the lines of
- Can't be healed, has to be repaired. - Can't feel pain, or something similar if that's too ridiculous.
And if anyone else can think of something to help that would be most appreciated.
